Kim Meyer
APRN
Kim is a longtime member of the Russell County Hospital family and now part of the GlowPharm team!
Kim has been a valued RCH employee for many years and brings a strong background in dermatology to the MedSpa. Her experience and passion for helping patients feel confident and cared for make her a wonderful addition to our team.
At GlowPharm, Kim is excited to build meaningful relationships with our patients and help them feel their best through personalized wellness and aesthetic care. 
Kim is also strongly rooted in her faith and hopes GlowPharm can be a platform to lift people up, encourage others, and make a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.
Outside of work, Kim loves to travel, explore new places, and make memories along the way
Jennifer Gardner
RN
Jennifer is a Registered Nurse with an incredible 29 years of diverse nursing experience in the PACU, Operating Room, and Emergency Room—and a true passion for aesthetics.
In 2014, Jennifer began exploring a different side of nursing and discovered her love for aesthetics. She furthered her education and training at the National Laser Institute, becoming trained in laser treatments, Botox, dermal fillers, bioidentical hormone pellet insertion, and tattoo removal. She is also certified in laser safety and ZO® Skin Health cosmetic regimens.
Jennifer’s extensive medical background, attention to detail, and passion for aesthetics allow her to provide every client with knowledgeable, compassionate, and individualized care. Her experience administering Botox for chronic migraines has only deepened her passion for the aesthetic field and helping others feel confident in their own skin.
Outside of caring for her clients, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, loving on her dogs, and tending to her chickens.Most importantly, her faith in Jesus is at the heart of who she is and how she serves others.
Jennifer is incredibly excited to begin this new chapter with GlowPharm MedSpa & Wellness Clinic and looks forward to helping each client feel confident, cared for, and truly their best.
Tiara Helm
Patient Coordinator/MA
Tiara is the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through the doors at GlowPharm and she’s here to help make your experience feel welcoming from the very beginning!
With 6 years of experience in healthcare administration, Tiara brings both knowledge and a genuine passion for patient care to our team. She graduated from Campbellsville University with a degree in Medical Assisting in 2019 and later completed her Billing & Coding degree in 2024.
As our Patient Coordinator/MA, Tiara helps schedule appointments, welcomes patients, and helps guide them through their GlowPharm experience. Her goal is to make every patient feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
Outside of work, Tiara enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading, listening to music, and attending concerts.
Shannon Hayes
Licensed Massage Therapist
Shannon has been practicing massage therapy for 8 years and offers a variety of techniques designed to help clients relax, relieve tension, and feel their best.

Cupping Therapy
Shannon is also continuing her education and is currently learning more about Lymphatic Drainage Massage.
When she’s not helping others feel their best, Shannon enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending concerts, and getting lost in a good book.
Alison Claunch
APRN
Alison is a Russell Springs native who is returning to her hometown to begin an exciting new chapter in wellness, lifestyle medicine, and aesthetics.
With 14 years of experience in emergency medicine and the past 9 years working in urgent care, family practice, and women’s health, Alison brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping people feel healthier, more confident, and their very best.
At GlowPharm MedSpa & Wellness Clinic, Alison is passionate about taking a personalized approach to wellness, with a focus on hormone balance, weight management, and aging with energy and grace. Her goal is to help patients improve their quality of life while looking and feeling their best.
Outside of work, Alison is a wife to Evan and mom to Alex, Natalie, and Anni Ru. You’ll most likely find their family at a sporting event cheering on their kids!
She also loves Disney World, the beach, reading, and spending time with her family.

Jessica Sutton
APRN
Jessica is a wife, animal lover, and proud mom to a house full of furry and feathered friends including dogs, cats, and chickens!
She’s able to offer a variety of services to help you look and feel your best, including dermaplaning, Brazilian waxing, HydraFacials, and more!
Jessica believes in feeling good in the skin you’re in, and her number one goal is to help every client feel relaxed, confident, and beautiful. Her faith is a very important part of who she is and why she does what she does.
